Education

  • We are very excited to announce major changes to some of REIC’s courses, starting with the newly updated REIC 2360: The Leasing Process and REIC 2361: Negotiation and Documentation in Commercial Leasing.

  • REIC 2360: The Leasing Process is in the process of being translated.

  • As you are aware, REIC 2600: Ethics and Business Practice and REIC 2270: Consumer Behaviour and Negotiating have already been updated and translated into French.  These two courses together with the REIC 2360 complete the education component for brokers in Quebec.

  • A special thank you goes out to William McCarthy, FRI CPM® CLO for his commitment to completing the volunteer task of updating both the REIC 2360 and REIC 2361 courses.
