Announcing New Designation
Commercial Property Managers Offered New IREM® Credential
In
partnership with the Institute of Real Estate Management
(IREM),
the Real Estate Institute of Canada (REIC) has launched the first new
IREM® credential in 25 years, the ACCREDITED COMMERCIAL
MANAGER certification. Designed for managers of small- to mid-size
commercial properties, the credential requires that applicants manage
a commercial portfolio of at least 20,000 square feet and have a
minimum of 12 months of commercial real estate management experience…

11,321. This is an increase of 5.7% over January 2006.

Hits for the month of February were 307,784 with a daily average of
10,993. This is an increase of 8.5% over February 2006.

The total hits for Q1 2007 so far is 658,731 with a daily average of
11,165 per day. On this pace we will exceed 4 million hits this
year.

The last quarter of 2006 finished with total hits of 751,868 with a
daily average of 8,172 hits. This is an increase of 1% over Q4
