Affiliate Membership
When it comes to real estate, REIC members sell it, manage it, lease it and finance it! Connect with hundreds of real estate professionals, industry experts and sector representatives across Canada.
Affiliate Members include companies that provide support services to the real estate sector. This category also includes professional associations, students and employers of real estate professionals.

Category |
Eligibility Criteria |
| Professional Association Member | Individuals who are in good standing in a professional association that subscribes to a Code of Ethics and who work closely with real estate professionals. |
| Student Member | Individuals enrolled in a real estate-related program with a recognized university or college and not earning employment income from real estate. |
| Instructor Member | Individuals who are active instructions in a recognized real estate program at an accredited college, university or real estate organization. |
| Employer Member | A corporation that employs at least one member of the Real Estate Institute of Canada and generally supports the mission and objectives of REIC. |
| Corporate Member | Companies that provide support services to real estate and/or property management companies, and generally support the mission and objectives of REIC. |

| Founder | $50,000 - equal payments of $10,000 over five years. | A corporation that employs at least one REIC member and/or provides services and products to the real estate industry. Sponsoring members also support the mission and objectives of REIC. |
| Charter | $25,000 - equal payments of $5,000 over five years. | |
| Builder's Circle | $10,000 - equal payments of $5,000 over two years. | |
| Contributing Member | $5,000 | |
| Supporting Member | $1,500 | |
| Associate Member | $750 |
