REIC 2260: Real Estate Investment Analysis
Using discussions, analyses, case studies, practical exercises, and intensive calculator use participants develop a thorough knowledge of both the fundamental principles and contemporary techniques of the financing process and the elements of taxation in the analysis of real estate. Five days. Final assignment.

REIC 2270: Consumer Behaviour & Negotiating
Oriented towards any person who deals directly and negotiates with purchasers of real estate this program develops an understanding of the needs and behaviour of the people with whom they do business, and to effectively and successfully communicate and negotiate with them.
