REIC 2360: The Leasing Process

Representing a party in a lease transaction is reserved in law, for licensed brokers, sales-persons, the party's employees, solicitors, and others who should aspire to proficiency in the leasing process. But, commercial leases come packaged in a bewildering assortment of complex forms that require the comprehension of many interrelated factors.

This course will strengthen your real estate skills by addressing the many issues which may surface during any leasing sequence. You will acquire the skills to comprehend and handle leases from the perspective of both the landlord and the tenant. This five day course is completed with a final exam.
